A: First, polyester wrapping around the sofa, then foam and corrugated cardboard wrapping with corner protection. Second, carton paper wrapping around the sofa including bottom, with corner protector. Third, outer layer with fiber cloth bag.

PINMOON mattress, each line has skillful workers from spring producing to edge finishing. We can provide rolled up mattress, because we equipped with newly advanced machine to compress it and roll it up, which can save a lot of space and average costs.
For bed and sofa, we have professional machines to ensure the accuracy of models, our designer draws CAD layout first. Then, we set up the program to made the CNC machine cutting wood materials automatically. You can purchase regular upholstered bed and sofa here. What's more, customized modern luxury bed and sofa are also available.
